Working with Gurus
Working with Gurus questions.
How do you engage with a new study?
We begin by understanding the study, the team around it, and where capacity or specialist ownership is needed. From there, we align the scope, responsibilities, inputs, dependencies, review points, communication paths, and working rhythm.
Can Gurus work within an existing CRO or sponsor team?
Yes. Gurus can join an established CRO, sponsor, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology team as an integrated extension of its delivery model, with responsibilities, systems, governance, and communication paths agreed at the start.
Do you support both FSP and project-based delivery?
Yes. Functional service provision supports sustained specialist capacity within an established function. Project-based delivery is shaped around a defined work package, milestone, or deliverable set. The right starting model depends on the pattern of need and operating context.
Can one engagement include several biometrics disciplines?
Yes. A scope can focus on one service or connect clinical data management, SAS or R programming, biostatistics, CDISC submission, and relevant regulatory-support interfaces through one coordinated model.
Services
Services questions.
What clinical biometrics services does Gurus provide?
Gurus provides clinical data management, clinical SAS programming, clinical R programming, biostatistics, CDISC submission support, and regulatory support connected to clinical biometrics, evidence standards, and study-team coordination.
Do you offer both SAS and R programming?
Yes. Programming support includes SAS and R, selected around the study requirements, existing environment, intended outputs, validation approach, team standards, and submission strategy.
Which CDISC submission activities can Gurus support?
Support can include annotated CRFs, mapping specifications, SDTM conversion, ADaM specifications and datasets, define.xml, agreed Pinnacle 21 checks, SDRG, and ADRG. Standards versions and exact deliverables are confirmed during scoping.
What does Regulatory Support include?
Gurus first assesses the regulatory need and its clinical-data, biometrics, evidence-standards, and team interfaces. The specific contribution, deliverables, boundaries, and ownership are confirmed during consultation rather than offered as a fixed package.
Careers and Academy
Careers and Academy questions.
How can I introduce myself for a future role?
Use the Careers page or email hr@gurus.am with a short introduction, your area of interest, and the experience or skills most relevant to that area. A CV is optional and should be shared only if you are comfortable sending it by email.
When is the next Gurus Academy training cohort?
Course availability, schedules, formats, prices, eligibility, package terms, and enrollment are maintained on the separate Gurus Academy program site. The Upcoming Trainings page provides the current route.
Is Academy training the same as applying for a job?
No. Academy enrollment and employment are separate paths. Review current program terms for any training-related opportunities, and use the Careers page for future employment enquiries.
